“With a passion for producing meaningful entertainment, I’ve forged a career on designing story-driven experiences that bring joy, foster connectivity and create unforgettable moments to those who partake in them.”
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with a thesis on unicorns, Christina began her career over fifteen years ago in Los Angeles, working as an associate producer and costume designer for films. One night she strolled into a touring show and before long she had run away with the cabaret circus. Although cabaret was still in the infancy of its renaissance, Christina dreamed of bringing together cirque, burlesque and theatre for large-scale theatrical productions that enveloped its audiences. She soon began producing shows, first at Sunset Boulevard staple the Viper Room, then national tours of Australia, before moving to London to set up the first theatre-based burlesque company since the 19th century. She went on to produce a number of award-winning, sell-out productions including the first burlesque show to be accepted into the official Edinburgh Festival, the first staged burlesque show at the Theatre Royal Windsor, as well as a mix of intimate and grand scale events all over Europe.
After moving back to Los Angeles some years later, she joined forces with Josh Friedman, founder of Élan Artists. Élan is recognized as one of the leading entertainment, performance, and headliner production companies both nationally and internationally. Specializing in custom, innovative, and deeply impactful entertainment experiences, Christina brought her own special touch to the company, growing internally to help develop and lead their immersive entertainment department. Now dividing her time between New York and London, Christina draws her inspiration as much from the underground of Berlin as the fashion houses of Paris, bringing a meticulous level of detail to the creation of unforgettable moments for Élan's discerning clientele.
